About Bikram Yoga

Bikram Yoga, the original hot yoga, is a sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room.  The postures are designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance.  Through compression and extension, fresh oxygenated blood is flushed throughout the body to promote detoxification and optimum health.  We work the body from the inside out. This 90 minute practice is for EVERYONE.  It is designed so that people of all ages and abilities can participate.  It will challenge your body and your mind, and at the same time it will show you that you are so much stronger than you think you are!
